Organize Cashier Cheques
to Participate in Auction
Payments for properties must be completed within 5 minutes of sale, thus limiting purchases to organized buyers with cash reserves
AUCTION - DAY
Auctions only accessible in person, limiting bidding to 5-10 serious buyers
Auctions can disadvantage buyers who are not able to view the inside of the property and do not have professional renovation capabilities. This limits buyers to investors who have repair and renovation capabilities and drives away ordinary single-home purchasers
POST - AUCTION
As soon as title is passed, our Team enters property and begins the necessary renovation to ensure fit for rental / sale

Remir LLC passes through all invoices from contractors to BlueTree Capital at cost.

When the decision is taken to rent rather than flip, BlueTree’s on-the-ground managers utilize a multi-listing service from local registered real estate agents to find and vet tenants.
Rental collection and day-to-day property management is handled by BlueTree’s on-the-ground team to keep agent fees to a minimum, all of which contributes to rental yield.
